FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When and where is the event? The event, an UPLIFTing evening, will be held on Thursday, June 10, 2021 at Vie by Cescaphe. This is a hybrid event where we will host guests onsite at 5:30 p.m. and virtually with a livestream broadcast starting at 7:00 p.m. It is your choice on how you would like to participate.
How do I participate in the event? There are several ways to participate. You can join us in-person for an UPLIFTing evening or virtually from the comfort of your home. When you RSVP we’ll know how you’ll be joining us for the event and we’ll keep you informed on exciting event details.
Do I need a ticket to attend this event? Yes! We are asking all guests to RSVP so you can stay informed with event information. Click here to RSVP.
How much does it cost to attend this event? The cost to attend the event in-person is $250. The cost to attend virtually is FREE. However, guests can choose to financially support Uplift by participating in our online auction by bidding on auction packages or making a donation online before, during, or after the event.
What will the in-person event be like? The event held at Vie by Cescaphe will include a reception and livestream viewing party followed by dinner. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with call to seats for viewing party at 6:30 p.m. and livestream at 7:00 p.m. then transition to plated dinner after the livestream ends. Masks are required for entry.
What will the program be like during livestream broadcast? The livestream program will be a celebration of our community and it will be an opportunity for you to support Uplift during this critical time. We will share a powerful messages of our impact and celebrate our community partners. Our event host, Jeff Hammond, will have some great auction packages for you to bid on and a special appeal you can donate to during and after the livestream.
How do I watch the livestream event? The week of the event, we will post the link to the livestream here. We recommend you tune in with 2 devices (computer/tablet and mobile phone) or open 2 tabs on your computer. This will allow you to watch the livestream and bid and give in the mobile bidding platform during the event.
How does the online auction work? The entire auction will be held online opening on Thursday, June 3 at 12:00 p.m. and closing on Thursday, June 10 at 9:00 p.m. You can view each auction package and bid as often and as much as you'd like. If you don't want to bid on items but still want to support Uplift, you will be able to make donations before and during the event through the website.

If I win an online auction package, how do I pick-up that package? You will be notified by email if you win an auction package in the online auction. Packages can be arranged for pick up at Uplift. Shipment can be arranged for any winning bidders located outside of the metro area. The winning bidder is responsible for shipping costs of physical items.
