Uplift Center for Grieving Children helps children grieving a death to heal and grow through their grief while strengthening families, communities, and professionals’ understanding of how best to respond to their needs. Uplift offers grief groups in six locations throughout Philadelphia as well as in schools and in community groups, directly serving over 1,200 youth. Uplift also provides immediate assistance to schools in the aftermath of a student or teacher death and trains over 1000 professionals annually on how to best work with grieving children.

THE EVENT
an UPLIFTing evening is one of Philadelphia’s premiere fundraising events with over 400 guests coming together to enjoy a night of delicious food and drink, bid on exciting auction items, and support Uplift’s work.
